If your exchange meets these conditions, please contact our customer service team at support@envy-jewels.com via email to initiate the process. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

We accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase date, subject to conditions.
